In return we ask that our clients make the time to provide us with thoughtful feedback on candidates they have interviewed, this feedback is crucial for us to identify the best candidate for each role.

Replacement Guarantee

We offer our clients the option to selected the length of replacement guarantee period that is most relevant to their business, this could be up to twenty four (24) months. This compares to the standard recruitment industry replacement guarantee period of three (3) months.

    The option for our clients to select the replacement guarantee period that best fits their needs and minimises the risk to them (up to 24 month guarantee).
